Not all Med Spas are created equal. I have tried several and Skinovative is hands down the best I've come across. Not only do they have the best equipment in the business, they also hire the best. The staff is welcoming, friendly and will bend over backward to make you happy. The facials are wonderfully relaxing, sleep on the table good. Laser hair removal - Unbearably painful at other spas; it was like a massage at Skinovative. Really! IPL - Great results at Skinovative, tons of compliments and I am ashamed to admit I strayed to the other med spa because they were having a special ... and they burned my head. Lesson learned. Don't expect the same results at the other spas you will suffer disappointment. You deserve the best and I've found that at Skinovative.

I love Skinovative! I went to a dermatologist before for the same treatment that I received at Skinovative and was very dissatisfied with my results that when my esthetician at Skinovative suggested I have the same type of treatment, I was a little apprehensive! I was so delighted with the end results that I went on to buy an additional package at Skinovative! I love my skin and for the first ever, I now have confidence with my skin and the way it looks, I even get compliments on my skin and that has never happened, in fact, I am the one always giving compliments! The staff is so professional. I will and have recommended Skinovative to my friends and strangers who compliment my skin! I love the hours of operation, they fit my schedule well.

Skinovative gave me the most fantastic skin treatment I have had in TEN years. I'm 66 and my friends can't believe my skin looks so great. I had a lot of skin damage due to gardening and walking two miles on the beach every week for twenty years. The condo on the beach was completely destroyed by Ike, but now I'm gardening at the lake house in the country every weekend. After my first treatment at Skinovative the color has even out on my face and the sun spots are completely gone. I have had skin treatments at numerous facilities since I retired 11 years ago. The staff and the experience of the technicians are the best I have ever received. Thank you, Skinovative.

I really appreciate the Skinovative staff for their creative appointment scheduling as I live out of town and have often called them on short notice to have multiple services done during the same day. They are great about explaining options/benefits of therapies to help you make your decision. I've done IPL, ALA (Aminolevulinic acid), and laser hair removal and I've been super happy with my results each time.

I had an IPL laser treatment to help alleviate some of the sun damage on my face. The nurse who performed the procedure was extremely helpful, and she explained every step of the process so I knew exactly what to expect. The results were great after just one treatment too! I noticed a definite lightening of my freckles and much less redness in my complexion. I would definitely use Skinovative again for any cosmetic procedures!!

Very happy with my Pixel Laser Peel at Skinovative, Galleria. I was visiting from Atlanta and had a Groupon offer so the staff made an extra effort to accommodate me on a Friday slot. I was promptly taken in at apt time. The nurse was professional and did a wonderful job for my first ever facial trying to get rid of age spots. I recently visited Skinovative for a skin laser resurfacing. I was nervous at first but the staff was great and took the time to answer all my questions and set my mind at ease! They walked me through the entire procedure beforehand and then let me know what they were doing during the process, as well. EVERYBODY I came into contact with was friendly and professional. Ok, you're thinking, but what about your SKIN? Well, let me just say this: my skin texture is smoother, more even, and people can really tell a difference! Quite a few of the fine lines and wrinkles are gone and my skin looks younger! What can be better than that?

Excellent on Every Level!
I received Laser Hair removal as a college graduation gift from my mother, and was extremely nervous to go to the first treatment. The staff was EXCELLENT, and soothed any nerves that I had. I had been told by my mother, that they had the MOST STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT, and she was 100% correct, I have been to 4 treatments (with 2 to go) and they are painless, it feels like having a hot rock massage on my underarms. I am 100% pleased with my results, the professionalism of the staff, and the cleanliness of the establishment. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND SKINOVATIVE, and will use their services for years to come!!

Chris and Karen are the owners of this establishment and they are absolutely terrific people. But it doesn't stop there, they have an amazing staff that always greets you with a smile and truly cares about you and meeting whatever need you might have. I have been treated here for a year now for various procedures and I can honestly say that I would not trust anyone else. It is so refreshing to find customer services such as this. Although, I do not like to call it "good customer service" it is way beyond that. They have all become FRIENDS that I care about. My standards are high and I would not trust just anyone with my face or body for cosmetic treatments. They have met that standard not only professionally but personally.

As a woman of Indian descent, I didn't think there were many options for my acne scars. Karen Bailey and her team helped me to choose the correct treatment and even though I'm only half the way through with my treatment, the results are stunning. This group of people are incredibly service oriented and do whatever they can to assure that you choose the right treatment for what you need and that you are satisfied with what you are getting. I highly recommend them.
Painless Hair Removal!
My girlfriends all told me how much laser hair removal hurt, so I was pretty nervous about having it done. When I had my consultation at Skinovative they told me they had the newest technology for hair removal and that it is now virtually painless to have a treatment. They were RIGHT! I can honestly say the treatments felt like a warm stone massage and my results have been fantastic! No more shaving for me.
